• Top vinyl: Marine Grade top vinyl reinforces the function of Waterproof, Anti-Mildew, Moisture proof, UV resistance,Cold  cracking resistance
• Bottom vinyl: Made of PVC, resistant to mildew, cold cracking, and abrasion
• Foam: Tapered to allow water to drain, expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam with the density of 25kg/cbm or 32kg/cbm for optimum strength and thermal efficiency
• Gauge Aluminium C-Channel: Lighter, extra strength and corrosion proof, ensuring structural integrity for the life of cover, which is 55mm width
• Handle: Tear-resistant reinforced nylon handles for easy opening and closing
• Strap: Four tie-down straps with security for wind resistance & safety
• Skirt: Perimeter skirt that helps to retain the heat in and keep spa clean
• Corrosion Proof Nylon Zipper: Large #8 zippers with protective flap will not corrode or pull apart
• The hinge: 4 Layers, quadruple reinforced hinge to help this most-worked part
• The weep holes: In the bottom of the cover allow condensation to drain
• The heat stopper pads: That eliminates heat loss
• Thread: Double stitched with high grade bonded polyester, UV resistance
• Central insulation sleeve
