- Top vinyl: Marine Grade top vinyl reinforces the function of Waterproof, Anti-Mildew, Moisture proof, UV resistance, Cold cracking resistance
- Bottom vinyl: Made of PVC, resistant to mildew, cold cracking, and abrasion
- Foam: Tapered to allow water to drain, expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam with the density of 25kg/cbm or 32kg/cbm for optimum strength and thermal efficiency
- Gauge Aluminium C-Channel: Lighter, extra strength and corrosion proof, ensuring structural integrity for the life of cover, which is 55mm width
- Handle: Tear-resistant reinforced nylon handles for easy opening and closing
- Strap: Four tie-down straps with security for wind resistance & safety
- Skirt: Perimeter skirt that helps to retain the heat in and keep spa clean
- Corrosion Proof Nylon Zipper: Large #8 zippers with protective flap will not corrode or pull apart
- 4 Layer, quadruple reinforced hinge to help this most-worked part
- Weep holes in the bottom of the cover allow condensation to drain
- Heat stopper pads eliminates heat loss in the thermal spa cover
- Thread: Double stitched with high grade bonded polyester, UV resistance
- Central insulation sleeve
