"Antigua Hot Tub - We didn't physically see the Antigua before purchasing and based the product off of looks online and functions. Pretty risky, but from speaking to the team on the phone and via email they filled us with confidence to buy. Overall very happy with the hot tub and overally impressed with the quality in the flesh. Once plugged in and filled everything works and feels great!"

As the other hot tubs I've seen were lots and lots of money compared to these ones I wasn't expect the hot tub to be superior quality but I only had a limited budget and needed one for health reasons. However, I was blown over by the hot tub when it was delivered. We purchased a white one called exuma and it's perfect. Coming home after work and relaxing in it for a couple of hours is fantastic. Premier Hot Tubs' service was very helpful and the delivery was very swift. Being as this thing was very heavy the drivers didn't seem to have any problems getting in on our decking. They also ran through with me how the controls work. I would recommend anyone who is buying a hot tub to go to premier hot tubs."

"We haven't had any problems with our hot tub we purchased from Premier Hot Tubs. I think we've had ours for well over a year now. Only minor problem was a small leak when we started filling it for the first time. Luckily we solved it over the phone with one of their technicians on the day. Turns out it was just a valve that had become a little loose, probably from the ride up. We did use it every day when we had it delivered, though now days it's mainly weekends and if we entertain friends on an evening. Maybe an indulgent luxury but I think it was well worth the investment. "
