The new M7 Plus software design incorporates patented technology using a microprocessor to intelligently monitor the hot tub water temperature and detect a runaway pump or stuck relays.

If detected, the system will automatically attempt to shut the power off to the tub to prevent
any overheating by trying to trip the GFCI in the circuit (per electrical codes). (BP2000 systems only)

The Balboa Worldwide App (bwa™), is an app for your smart device that allows you to access your hot tub via a direct connection anywhere in the local proximity of your tub, anywhere in your house that you can connect to your local WiFi network, or anywhere in the world you have an internet connection to your smart device via 3G, 4G, or WiFi hot spots.*

The bwa™ app is remarkably simple to use, ensuring your hot tub will be ready whenever you want to take a dip. Instead of going outside and pressing buttons on the topside panel, the app lets you start the tub and change the settings directly from your smartphone or tablet.

All of our hot tubs include a hard hot tub cover made from the best materials, extra thickness and a quality build to ensure they retain as much heat as possible - this gives you an efficient hot tub with minimal heat loss on the surface.

•    Top vinyl: Marine Grade top vinyl reinforces the function of Waterproof, Anti-Mildew, Moisture proof, UV resistance,Cold  cracking resistance
•    Bottom vinyl: Made of PVC, resistant to mildew, cold cracking, and abrasion
•    Foam: Tapered to allow water to drain, expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam with the density of 25kg/cbm or 32kg/cbm for optimum strength and thermal efficiency
•    Gauge Aluminium C-Channel: Lighter, extra strength and corrosion proof, ensuring structural integrity for the life of cover, which is 55mm width
•    Handle: Tear-resistant reinforced nylon handles for easy opening and closing

Why does it cost in some cases up to 5 times more to heat up 2 identical size spas?

The answer is Insulation.

Premier hot tubs have multi-layered insulation which reduces the time it takes for the water temperature to pass from the body of water to the outside environment.

By effectively doing so we reduce the time it takes to heat and maintain the water temperature.

All of our hot tubs feature 5 insulation types.

1. The entire hot tub is sprayed with High-density polyurethane insulation foam on the outside of the shell; this high density foam also increases strength to the structure.

2. Thermal-layered insulation is individually wrapped around the shell still allowing for easy access to the spa while maintaining the highest R-value.

3. The composite wood cabinet is insulated reducing the thermal losses to the sides of your spa significantly.

4. A thick ABS base ensures that no moisture from below can penetrate the hot tub keeping the heat retained and minimizing heat loss.

5. A thermal top cover, the majority of temperature losses will occur closest to the surface of the water, so if you want to keep your energy bills low, it’s important to trap this heat in.

6. You may also want to invest in our insulated spa bag on our accessories page, this will help protect your hot tub from the elements such as UV, Wind, rain, snow and will help to keep the hot tub running costs down as it adds another layer of insulation to prevent any heat escaping.

Premier hot tubs makes use of an ozone generator for water treatment systems as they help destroy bacteria, viruses and algae that might appear in the water of your hot tub spa. Enjoy reduced levels of chlorine that make hot tub spa water safe and sanitized and that does not result in a constant residual chlorine level which could harm the spa. 

Ozone reduces your costs and maintenance time for your tubs to prolong their service life. 

Smells from chloramines and chemicals are minimized, feel your skin getting softer thanks to ozone in your spa water.
Low Maintenance & Healthy Enjoyment.

All our hot tubs come with a thick solid waterproof ABS base unlike many that use a thin plastic sheet or nothing at all leaving it exposed to the elements and rodents. The benefit of a solid base does not only strengthen and reinforce the construction but also ensures that no moisture from below can penetrate the hot tub keeping the heat retained and minimizing heat loss.

All of our hot tubs include an economic spa step, made from engineering plastic, light weight, super strong & stable.

Easy to assembly just slots together, no tools needed.
